By accessing and using PromptBearer, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. Any hacking or fraudulent use is prohibited.

4. Fair Use Policy

Our plans include generous usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend accounts in case of abuse.

5. Subscriptions and Pricing

PromptBearer offers paid subscriptions. Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT. Prices may be changed with 30 days notice.

6. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment partner. Payments are processed securely and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

7. Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your account settings.

8. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Refund and Withdrawal Right

You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the date of your first payment. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@motivygo.com. Refund requests after this period are not accepted except in exceptional cases.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features and intellectual property of PromptBearer are protected by French and international law. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

11. Liability

PromptBearer strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee the absence of errors. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
