General Terms of Sale

Last updated: January 2026

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Sale (GTS) govern the subscription to and provision of the PromptBearer service (the “Service”). Any subscription implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and of the Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and access to the Service

The Service is provided as a paid subscription. Access to the Service is conditional on creating an account and paying the applicable fee. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Pricing and billing

Payment is processed securely by Stripe, our payment partner. Payments are processed securely and comply with PCI-DSS standards.

4. Renewal and termination

Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can disable automatic renewal at any time from your account settings.

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your account. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

You may terminate online at any time from your customer space (Stripe portal) or via the API.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first payment. However, by requesting the performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@promptbearer.com. Refund requests after this period are not accepted except in exceptional cases.

6. Liability, warranties and force majeure

PromptBearer strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee the absence of errors. We are not liable for indirect damages or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

In the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code, performance of our obligations is suspended for the duration of the event.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTS are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers residing in the European Union.
